I don't know if the issue of captain's quarters frame rate dropage is being addressed by CCP because I have not heard anything in terms of devblogs or sorts, but it would be nice to know I am not the only one that goes from 40 fps or higher in spa...

well people I have redownloaded the game and installed it, I click on the icon in my applications folder, but unfortunatly the game when launched causes the computer to lagg like crazy, cant even get onto login screen oh well time to bootcamp

Well I have a fast internet and it takes me 1 hour to download the client again, so I can tell you if it works or not. anyway I have windows to bootcamp if necessary.
